This looks very interesting and the guys at Xtrememind had lots of good to say about it. Supposedly very useful for taking out negative beliefs and simultaneously installing positives.

Yes, itīs a very effective tool. Iīm surprised more people didnīt try it. That said, it would be great if you could post your experiences with it and what you hammered on. Wink

I tried it last week but didn't notice a big change anywhere.  I was trying it on general feelings of uselessness, and tried a few of the "prebuilt" ones on the site. I probably had some kind of tailender thing going on too.....

I will have to print out some instructions, I had forgotten about it till I saw this post today.  I could have used it this morning! 

ETA:  maybe I had introspection fatigue, tried it too often.  I remember I forgot which hand to look at and what time was next a couple of times, and this is not THAT complicated.  I get tired of repairing myself sometimes, I guess.   Cheesy
