Hi and a hapy new year  Grin !!!

Just wanted to post that a part of the "Emotion Code" can be found in http://www.scribd.com. Don't know if it is allowed to give this information out here directly, so I am not giving the exact link.
Whoever is interested in it, can find it for him or her self.

Peace

Just found that dr. Brad is offering the 5 chapters of the Emotion Code as a gift to anyone interested in reading them.
You can download it through the following link immediately:
http://www.theemotioncode.com/media/The%20Emotion%20Code%205%20ch%20eBook%20Rev%2010-6-07.pdf
or you can first have a look at dr. Brad's blog at http://www.drbradleynelson.com/the-emotion-code-radio-tv-media/ and then download the chapters - or you may not. It is all up to you.

Post me on how you liked reading the chapters  Cheesy

Question:

what is the difference between releasing "trapped emotions" and releasing emotions.

When I use EFT, a lot of the times I couldn't access to my emotions, does that mean that my emotion is "trapped"?
If so, then I could understand why the Emotion Code is faster.

As far as I have used the Emotion Code and seen the effects on releasing trapped emotions, I would say that they are both those negative emotions that we do remember and don't remember. Sometimes an emotion becomes trapped in us when we were very young, e.g. <1 year old, but it is still in us. It would be almost impossible (as far as my experience) to release it with EFT only. Luckily, it can be released with the EC.

Also, we inherit some emotions from our parents or grandparents! With the EC we can release them as well  Wink

Hope I was able to clarity this point.

Peace

Inherit emotions? shouldn't that be human nature? like every human is born to feel certain emotions, right?
how could those feelings be released.

also, what exactly is inherit emotion? like if your parents were having problem with stress issue right before your mom pregnant, then you will inherit their stress, is that right?
