If only it would stop.

If only the fear would stop. Every day I encounter old and new fears. I was deliberately in the now for as long as possible. But being in the now appears to be a ticking clockwork bomb - as soon as I leave the state of the now fears are there again - and appear to be more intense. Today the sun was shining. And I felt an urge to go outside but at the same time I was afraid of other people. I even had a few one night stands but I fear the world's humans again and again.

You know it is like in wall-e(a movie I watched yesterday and enjoyed very much): A huge amount of waste(fears) and you can keep on organizing it, making it useful but it takes even wall-e more than 700 years and he is not even close to having finished.

I resent the mind for enjoying the adoption of new fears.

If you have a suggestion, which involves EFT please use only one sentence that summarizes the issue to tap on.

despite your request.

of course "now" is a clockwork bomb if you expect every "now" to be without fear, pain, loss, rejection, etc if this weren't so, well quite frankly, you wouldn't be alive.

if you want a part of you to stop, you don't love it, until you love it it will stay until you learn to love it.

tap the parts of you, that you haven't yet learnt to love...

Tap on the fear, that is always present, seems to come on stronger when you think of the future, doesn't stop unless you telescope your experience to the immediate NOW.    this could be 3 separate tapping statements.
