Does anyone some suggestions for phrases to use when tapping away guilt or shame.  for instance,  In the past I've made some choices that have hurt people, including myself.  These choices have caused some real challenges, I find myself stuck there because of the belif that I did it so I deserve the consequences?

What phrases does one use to tap that belivf/feeling away to get past it?

any suggestions?

Try some of Brad Yates stuff just in general, and maybe even his hoponopono video.

Also, clear the chakras, you can use Magnus' video for that, though I sometimes find that adding in more tapping points helps.

Good Luck!

Hi,

Thank you for your courage. It can be hard to step forward like you are doing.

Consider listing the biggies--particular events where you hurt yourself or others. You don't need to write a bunch about each one, just give each one a short name--like you are naming a movie.

Choose the worst one. Look at how you feel about what you did in that movie. Rate the intensity, and then tap.

Some ideas for set-up phrases, Even though:

  • I feel guilty about ___________, I deserve the consequences, and I deeply and completely love and accept myself
  • I feel shame about ____________, I deserve to be punished

At some point, it is important to forgive yourself. You may have to have an argument about it with your subconscious (I forgive myself; no I don't--it was my fault; I choose to forgive myself; It was my fault...)

Hope this helps.

Gratefully yours,
JoAnn
