Thank you for your courage. It can be hard to step forward like you are doing.
Consider listing the biggies--particular events where you hurt yourself or others. You don't need to write a bunch about each one, just give each one a short name--like you are naming a movie.
Choose the worst one. Look at how you feel about what you did in that movie. Rate the intensity, and then tap.
Some ideas for set-up phrases,
Even though:- I feel guilty about ___________, I deserve the consequences, and I deeply and completely love and accept myself
- I feel shame about ____________, I deserve to be punished
At some point, it is important to forgive yourself. You may have to have an argument about it with your subconscious (I forgive myself; no I don't--it was my fault; I choose to forgive myself; It was my fault...)
