Unfortunately, the emofree.com practitioner directory is not very complete anymore
after Gary Craig cleared it out and had people reapply and pay to be listed.

You can also try the following EFT workshops site:

     http://www.eftbyworkshop.cc/eft-workshops.taf

This isn't a listing of practitioners, but people giving EFT workshops
are usually practitioners. You can look for people giving workshops in the
country or countries that you are interested in.
