Hello,

I came across something very interesting early on this week and it is "Integral Eye Movement Therapy" by Andrew T. Austin.
I found the following video on Youtube when I was searching for ways on how to 'clear trauma' (or something related to that):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxpFFNLvNaU&feature=user.
There is a part 2, which is the actual how-to of the technique, and part 3 as well, just look for it under Andrew Austin's channel.

At first I was actually looking for a tutorial on EMDR, but when I heard about this and the claims of Andrew Austin that it is supposed to be even more powerful than EMDR,
I instantly was curious and decided to try it out myself. I didn't seem to manage to lessen the emotions of a traumatic memory from my childhood at first, but as soon as I finished to technique and tried to remember the memory, there suddenly was like a black picture in front of my mind! I tried very hard to make it come back and I did manage to get the pictures back, but the negative feelings were gone. And to this day that picture of the negative event holds no emotions in my.

Still, I did feel slight sensations somewhere in my body for knowing that it happened that I was involved in it (the regret and sadness about it). So, I just used EFT on it to clear any remainder of the memory  Wink

So, just try it out for checking and tell us how it works for you Smiley
