Hi all,
I need help clearing operations I have had in childhood and adolescence. I remember reading that the body can´t distinguish between an operation and being tortured.

how would I apply TAT to these operations I have had?

two operations on my ears for putting grommets in
one operation to have my wisdom teeth out
one operation to correct my deviated septum
one operation to have my tonsils out
one ´extended operation´ that was having the pain of braces being tweaked around for 5 years.

I feel like I have been in the wars. How can I apply TAT to these so that the pain and fear of the operations is removed from my body?

You might try posting this to the other forums, if you haven't already, for help with TAT.  This forum seems to be for focusing mainly on EFT.

Namaste.

May I suggest a TAT forum on TappingForum.com?  TAT is quickly becoming widely used and deserves more attention.  I believe it'd be the only TAT forum in existence, wouldn't it?
