Just sharing with you another tool to release emotions.

The ZPoint Process.

Essentially you begin with a 'programming' sentence (only has to be done once) and you assign a cue word

you then use the following statement on a particular emotion etc..

I clear all the ways I’m holding any of this in my body, or anywhere else. [repeat cue]
I clear all the patterns connected to all these ways. [repeat cue]
I clear all the emotions connected to all these patterns. [repeat cue]

and it releases the emotion.

The cue word is like automatically running through the physical tapping stage of EFT, but works almost instantly.

I have been having quite a lot of success with it recently and i taught it to a client who didn't like tapping in public but found this much easier to mumble or say silently their cue words in their head in public places.

more information can be found at zpointprocess.com and i have also uploaded a worksheet i created fir the process at library.eftclinic.com

This sounds good... have you successfully installed the cue word?

Absolutely...Cue word is installed and waiting.

As I personally have not experienced the powerful shifts with it that i have had with EFT,
Tonight I am really going to put it to the test.

I am doing Parkour (freerunning) tonight. (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdahQf0S7yc

This sport has opened up a whole new nest of challenges and due to its dynamic nature I can not simply stop and tap on myself.

I will keep you updated on how it goes :-)

Just to update everyone on my Zpoint.

Unfortunately/Fortunately i did not have any fears when doing Parkour. so i didn't have the opportunity to test it (i think this may be because i did do TAT visualisations the week before Magnus Wink )

However, at the end of the Parkour session we did really heavy Ab work and my Abs were in so much pain during it so i decided to use my cue word on that. Now i am not sure how well it worked but the pain did subside....still nothing as concrete as the EFT release....but i am just waiting for that opportunity to arise to use Zpoint instead of EFT.

Will keep you all updated on how well it goes.

I started experimenting with ZPoint the last couple of days. I am intrigued so far, there seems to be a shift, something is happening (I am dealing with generic issues, nothing specific). I am curious to see the cumulative result in a few weeks time.

Here's the informational videos I found on YouTube (by the creator of ZPoint I believe)

yes, the guy in the videos is Grant Connolly, the creator of the Z point process.
Glad you are noticing some shifts after using it for a while on generic things. I have been using it for quite some time now and also notice shifts and improvements. I use it with clients too, to great effect

Guys, how important is it to use the programming statements in your native language? English isnīt mine and while Iīm pretty sure I understand the language instinctively, Iīd like to know. Couldnīt find anything about it anywhere.

Neuro, I believe that if you understand the text, then you should be fine. I've seen english speaking hypnotists hypnotize other people who spoke very little english so I believe the subconscious mind can absorb what it needs to absorb.
