Great Technique!
Now it is in a testing period when I want to find its full potential.
For the moment I cannot belief that it works like that..I'm impressed!

Could you give a quick explanation of how its different than EFT? From reading their website it sounded like it was created by that guy Gary Craig knows that does the voice technology stuff... Roger calahan.

1. You choose a Cue Word which is the word that will be used to heal yourself.
2.This step has to be done only one time when you read to yourself or aloud a script where it says that your subconscious mind will be healing you using this method and the cue word.(these two steps have to be done only the very first time)

and for each session you follow this steps:

Hmm I'm a little sceptical, I thought the technique would need some tapping or some sort of work, but apparently not. However I was sceptical when I heard about EFT and it has worked a hell of a lot better than some of the money grubbing, Paxil prescribing Psychiatrists I went to, so I'm definitely gonna give this a go very soon, hope it works.


God bless the people that are coming up with these techniques and the people that are spreading the word, I would be so lost without them.

Hi,

I have used BSFF a lot.  It melts down excess emotions easily and instantly, as it promises. I ordered the DVD:s where there is this new Instructions to Subconscious which is very short nowadays.

The DVD set is good - worth buying Smiley

I use ZenSight also, BSFF is easy to use with computer. You can type " I feel horrible" and then your cueword. Or "I feel fine" and then cueword.

BSFF Research yahoo group is very neat, too Smiley I tried to translate the Instructions to Finnish, but it is very tedious job - the current English version is good...

Hello,

I have felt really good after using BSFF for like 20 min. I read a book about on how to always have an excuse ready when somebody tries to manipulate you, and so after almost every sentence I read I picked up a negative belief about myself that I then cleared. And it was while I was in a diner so I said all of the sentences and my cue word in my head. After reading and using BSFF for 20 min I felt tingling body sensations all over my body and just couldn't stop smiling and laughing any more, so I quickly got out of the place not to start laughing about how funny the whole world is  Grin
Although the euphoria didn't last for a long time, I did feel really good and noticed energy running all over my body while doing it.
Plus, while actually doing it I was drinking a cup of Latte (some strong coffee) and then yawning the entire process. But it felt really good, the energy and all.

So, my conclusion?
A great time to do any work on your negative beliefs might be while reading a self-help book, which usually brings forth MANY unpleasant feelings and memories in most of us (at least that is my experience, yours may be different). Also, be prepared to yawn A LOT when doing BSFF  Wink

I have just read through the entire article and made my own statement to my subconscious mind. I really hope this works! But again why shouldnt it work when our subconscious mind is that powerfull and at the same time the one thing that creates fears, angers etc.

One question: When he says treat the problem - for example the the anger issues involved - should you then just have the intention to treat the anger when you say your cue-word??? Or do you have to focus on or feel it???

I think you have to notice it being there, but I believe you do not have to "enter it fully", as so to speak. Then again, can't say anything for a sure thing. What works best for you is the right thing to do. We are all different (and there again, the same as well...).
