Does it make any difference or help you to focus?

Interesting question!  I will give this a try.  My "hypothesis" is that since your brainwave frequency will slow down, you can be put into alpha or theta, which is better for memory recall.  It's like communicating with the subconscious mind.  Just a guess on my part.  Try it out!

good question.  I find that when I am listening to Cd's that encourage me to be in a relaxed altered state, that TAPPING doesn't feel congruent.  i.e I feel I am in a "right brain state" from the Brainsync and TAPPING TAKES "left brain" tracking and logical progressions.  However, your question got me interesting in experimenting, and i DID find holding the TAT position, as I listened with headphones to the brainsynch CD felt really good at one point.  At another point, I was gently massaging my heart area., and it feklt like something shifted.

What good fortune to have all these marvelous techniques available to us!

I've got a photosonix innerpulse and even though I asked the question I have  yet to experiment with its effects in relation to EFT.  I must try it.

Phenomenal question. Yes I almost always tap to a program on Neuro-programmer but I have done it with holosync and I have two mind machines, which are great except your blocking B,GB and ST. The eye points re covered by the glasses. But it's pretty easy to move the glasses every time you go by as it makes sure that are awake.  I am an EFT ADV whatever and my best tapping by far has  been with some form of hypnosis/meditation CD/machine.   I understand exactly what you mean (I can't remember your name and I don't know how to get to your post) but someone, a woman about 3 down the thread said something to the effect of feels like push and pull with the R and L hemispheres) which I do feel sometimes and I definitely don't like to do it with affirmations or someone speaking (I know they mean well) but try it with Holosync, if you have them.  The fact of the matter is most brain scans are done with the person absolutely still.
Just the thinking part might keep you from going down into Delta like lying still would.  With Holosync, It's 20 minutes of 10.0-2.5 where it stays for the last ten of dive and all of immersion. Of course, on level 4 your trying to stay awake at .3. Any movement would take you up a bit.   Anyway, I think it was Carole Look, but maybe Lindsay Kinney, who said that EFT at her level becomes a conversation with her body.  Or with her basic self. Or her right brain.  The lower brain speeds are where the barrier comes down (between conscious and sub-conscious) and if they are in sync they are supposed to be able to communicate better. So I say go down to alpha and theta but 4.0 is probably the slowest. (with Isochronic tones the beats are about as fast as I tap at 4.0, but adding in the rhythm aspect  (that's the only disyllabic or is it bi, anyway rhythm is the only word is the English dictionary that has two syllables yet no vowels to speak of. What? I care. I wanted to share. I'll be really embarrassed if I'm wrong. Point out any errors anybody, please. rhythm

I am using Holosync for a few years now (Currently on level 4) and was able to notice that I can get deeper into my meditation with EFT. Of course this observation is purely subjective since the way I feel during a meditation session (With a mind machine or not) has nothing to do with how deep I am actually going at that moment.

I can imagine that EFT combined with Holosync gets a lot more effective over time since the deep delta state (which Holosync focuses on) usually increases the body energy too.

I just love EFT even though I find it very hard to get to my core issues!

I've used EFT and even more so, TAT, extensively while listening to Holosync.  A nice variety is the "slow" tap
that Silvia Hartmann came up with.
I find that by tapping/tat'ing ahead of the HS session, or when stuff comes up, it can really cut down on overwhelm.
Using TAT, I frequently use "it is not safe and not OK for the energy to flow"  followed by the opposite statement,
and stuff flows and clears really smoothly.  Smiley    While on AL2 I had some sort of kundalini episode that lasted for some weeks. Dunno if I had survived without EFT!!

HS is simply fantastic, but I feel sorry for those doing HS without having the resource of EFT or TAT.

LOL!

Hi,This is my first post other than an introduction. I agree--- this is a great area to experiment with. I recently purchased Morry Zelcovitch's Quantum mind Power CD set/system so i will definitely try some tapping with those.  Heck I may as well try it with the "Think Right NOW!" CD's as well and for that matter some other one's I haven't used lately. I guess the important thing is whatever works. Keeping trying stuff everyone- I'm looking forward to hearing some successful experiences. Thanks, Bill C.

Hi,

I have started to use EFT while listening "Lifeflow 10" made by Michael McKenzie, the creator of "Project Meditation" (just Google search for it). Lifeflow 10 is the 1th in a set of brainwave entrainment mp3's. The very last one is Lifeflow 1 and it is supposed to bring you to some Delta levels. I do feel a very pleaseant feeling after listening to the track. I usually do it in the morning after waking up and before eating breakfast. It really soods you up.

Hope this is helpful!

I find holosync does help because I can focus more powerfully on the problematic emotion/s while in the deeper state sometimes I practice breathing and relaxing where I feel tension and that works sometimes too.Tapperette would you elaborate more  on what happened in your kundalini experience you can pm if you want.

Hi.

I have a polysync pro mind machine  and what I do is either.
A. Imagine I am tapping the points.
or
B. (and more frequently)in a darkened room just put the glasses down with Leds facing upwards and then put it on high intensity and the lights flicker on the walls and fill the room..and I tap away. It can seem quite eerie at times but it seems to work very well.  Hope that helps.
