I just got into the Holosync after recently running into some pretty drastic problems in my life. Nothing emotional so to say, but like getting a lot less money (when I already make less then 11,000 a year). Anyways after using the Demo I noticed a drastic shift!
Bill Harris states the when you listen to it, it creates and developes enough extra synaptic connectors and axions (the wires in your brain that transfer info. One is created for every habit you have). So your brain can just store info. Also it gets your mind used to the Zen state of mind. The Zone state of mind. The state of mind where you don't stop flowing and have no trouble just going from one thing to another until you reach your goal.
Well, I gotta say I can actually do that now (at work, on madden for playstation, running (breathing), eating, doing chores at home). I used to pause and think about all the steps, trying to make sure I did a good job. But now it's like I don't have to wonder if I am doing something right.
So, instead of buying the program (because, well, I have no way to without getting a loan or something). I found a bunch of free tracks floating on the net from different therepists and scientists that believe it works. And man, some of the tracks are simply amazing!
I even got the floating one from the first level. It's seriously destroyed my lack of sleep problem.
I used to wake up feeling numb some times, because I guess I don't get enough REM sleep or something. But just 5 minutes of this makes me feel like I got 2 hours of sleep or even more. Sometimes I listen to it on my break at work when I feel stressed out for just 10 minutes or what ever I have time for, then I can go the rest of my shift without even feeling slightly tired at all.
So I tried to combine it with chi-kung and running and other things I can do with my eyes closed and not too much focus. (running on a tredmil).
Well, I have to say, for running it makes you used to zoning out. Totally helps with breathing problems while running (like breathing too fast or too slow and running out of breath). Honestly it makes the gym really fun! For Chikung, it made it like I could zone out during the meditation and the sensations from the chi-kung were amplified doubly or tripply from just the extra amount of focus. My hands were tingling and I couldn't stop laughing from the amazing circulation of chi!
With videogames, I used it on this navy seal game called SOCOM. Anyways it's seals vs terrorists and there are a ridiculous amount of cheaters. They put infinite life codes on, walk through walls, float in the air, toss an unlimited amount of grenades and all sorts of frustrating things. When I played the game semi focused with the holosync on, it was like I could just DO IT. What I did was listen during the respawn moments. Some times it takes like 5 minutes to get back in a game after you die so instead of reading a book I just listened to the Holosync. Took my mind off of the "im a loser" feeling of dying from videogame terrorists

Almost no distractions what so ever, even from the gun fire or grenades. But total awareness they are there and a complete comprehension of all the dangers with no distractions.

I can't wait to see what the full program is like, and get to the point you guys are at! Like what Bill Harris says, eventually when you get to the point the tracks don't seem to make a drastic impact them selves, growth will seem like the easiest task in the world and change will be second nature.
:\ Now the only bad thing about it is, when your trying to use methods that make you confront problems and emotions the holosync makes it so you can't feel the pain. I mean, yeah it's a great inovention! Even when I have a headache it can make it so I can't feel any discomfort while a track is playing. But at the same time it supresses the feelings just slightly so it makes it very difficult to bring them back up to the surface and handle them.
But by no means is that negative, it's probably the best thing since baked cookies for people who have no way to handle them on their own. Just a little set back for progress with other things.
lol, I keep trying to get people to try it because, it's seriously the greatest thing since baked cookies.
