EFT POWER SHEET
Power Technique: Tap positive affirmation in, to allow for tailenders and blocks to emotionally surface as doubts etc. Use EFT to tap out those tailenders til the positive affirmation feels totally strong and powerful. Use powerful “I choose” format mentioned in Palace of Possibilities • "If there were an emotional reason for the affirmation not working, what would it be?" • "Finish this sentence. If making money was fun, joyful and easy the consequences would be...." • "Finish this sentence. In order for making money to be fun, joyful and easy, I would have to....." • "Finish this sentence. What I really want is...." • "Finish this sentence. Making money being fun, joyful and easy reminds me of...." • "Say this sentence and tell me how true it feels. I want someone to love me as I am and THEN making money will be joyful, fun and easy." • "Say this sentence and tell me how true it feels. Others in my family do not find making money joyful, fun and easy and so that is my destiny." • "Say this sentence and tell me how true it feels. If I stopped believing making money is depressing, serous and difficult, it would be like losing a friend." 1. You must affirm a WANT and not a SHOULD. 2. You must affirm your wants and not your "don't wants." 3. You must believe your goal to be realistically possible. 4. Your goal must be a "stretch." It must be big enough to be exciting. 5. The affirmations must be stated in the first person, present tense. 6. Augment them with daydreams. Present tense daydreams can be THE most powerful tool for establishing new consistent thoughts. 7. Adjust them from time to time to eliminate boredom. Aim them at different aspects of your goal. 8. Do not affirm the actions of other people. Use, "I attract others because I am a warm, loving person," not "Alice loves me." 9. Keep them private. Announcing them to others often invites criticisms and judgement. Emotional Mantra – Conditions with emotion and repetition “To leave this trap, you must tap” “If reality is controlling you, then start controlling reality” If it isn’t happening, you better start tappat’ing”
Use small affirmation cards Create dream map for emotion. Create daydream, and daydream games. Play out the game with physical things like a ‘briefcase full of money’ ‘ slips of money in my wallet’ ‘emotional dream boards’ ‘affirmation cards’ Make a success jingle, Coat of Arms, Or song about that affirmation
‘In my opinion, if we resort to will power for anything, our odds of permanent achievement are quite small. We may temporarily achieve our goal through "gritting our teeth, clenching our fists and doing what must be done" but, in most cases, we will simply revert back to our previous status. Why? Because we haven't changed our consistent thoughts. As a result, our resident consistent thoughts will pull us back into our previous "reality." Will power, if successful, tends to provide temporary results and that's all.‘
Daydreaming. Most people try to figure out how to achieve their goals before they begin conditioning their thoughts in that direction. Then, if they don’t find an acceptable "how," they won’t bother doing the affirmations, etc. Who wants to affirm something that will only lead them into an unacceptable "how?"
