Has anyone used it. Any opinions of it you'd like to share?

Yes I did try it (I listened to an audiobook version). Technically speaking, it's something very simple. They explain that we have the problems in life because we're holding on to them internally. Then, going through a variety of topics (goals, relationships etc) they ask you simple questions to invite your mind to release whatever it is they're holding on to. I would classify it as an interesting relaxation walkthrough which invites you to let stuff go, even for a little while. I can't say it has made any significant difference in my life but I only went through the course once.

I have been using the Sedona Method since 1990 with great success. But you have to take the basic course with a group since it is an experiential technique.
Once someone shows you how to use it - it's yours and it is DYNAMIC.
It is a simple release technique you can use it in any situation - on the spot - or to release anything negative past or present.
It will change your life dramatically in any area you choose - career, health, relationships, abundance - you name it.
Or you can regain your composure instantly with any negativity you may be experiencing.
It's power is that it reduces ALL the negative emotions to 4 simple basic releases. Nothing like it exists that I know of.
There are classes available in every major city in the country.

I have experienced very wonderful shifts with this technique and am sure to praise the technique as much as I can.
But, it does have one negative side-effect:
you will start to recognize all the moments when you are feeling ban, and sometimes you don't know the exact reason and sometimes
is it very hard to let go of that feeling.
Even though on some days I have felt great most of the time, there have been moments where I have felt huge depression due to the fact that I don't know why I am feeling a particular feeling, and it confuses me! But still - always, when I have dived into the depression, the bad feeling, it simply evaporates, and all that is left is joy and after that - peace
So, yeah, definitely try to master this technique. It makes you look at your life from a whole different perspective and examine the real reasons why you may be feeling bad.
It is also important that when you have learned the technique, you should practise it on a daily basis. The more you use it, the more effective it will become.
Hope and joy to ya all

BUMP!!!
I just finished the 20 disc course and it's fucking brilliant.
It gives you new ways to find stuff to release and also differs in release technique from EFT (same result though as far as I can see).
I think it can be faster though depending on your EFT technique. With EFT I can release every 5 seconds or so, with Sedona every 2
It teaches you to be able to release with just a thought.
Also one thing that differs is Sedona teaches you to release positive emotions also. I highly recommend this!!
Anyone else have experience with it?

CW, I´ve recently begun with the Abundance Course (Release Technique) by Larry Crane. I will also go through with the Sedona course once I finish this. The difference between the two is in the method of releasing and I´ve been advised to start off with the Release Technique and then continue to the Sedona method. I´d be interested in knowing how your learning process went with the course and how long it took you to see results.

Hi Neurotrans,
I'm experienced with EFT so I picked up Sedona VERY quickly without any trouble. By disc 2 (about half an hour in) I'd already got the basics. By 3/4 through the course I'd gotten pretty good at releasing with just a thought.
Right after I finished the course I started applying it to everything and I got results instantaneously. Now I have a whole day of use under my belt and I much prefer Sedona to EFT as I can release/collapse a *LOT* quicker.
With EFT it was like I'd be going into the forest of my beliefs/ego and chopping down trees here and there. With Sedona I can collapse a belief about every second compared to every ~5 with EFT and you can also be a lot less specific with it. You just release whatever you're feeling at the time.
So if I had a task or something I couldn't do, I'd just start thinking about it (and start releasing at the same time anything that came up) then I'd start doing it (while still releasing). Makes everything really easy. I'm loving it

How much time did it take you to get through the course? I´ll definitely go through the SEdona course after I finish the Abundance course. Nice to see that people are picking up on alternate routes as well

Why would you want to release positive emotions? For unreactivity or emotional zombieness? (Yes, I made up a new word, I can do that).

ok this is starting to get a bit crazy!!
Because I've been pretty much releasing constantly for the last 4 days, I'm now doing it automatically out of habit. I'll be sitting here minding my own business, getting on with whatever I'm doing, and I'll suddenly realise I've released the emotions I was feeling. Every 30 seconds or so I'll feel the releasing sensation and feel more at peace.
My mind is pretty much empty now unless I choose to think about something.
It's like my mind is an open hand now and emotions are just being let go of as they come.
Awesome
